FAQ

What are scheduling & booking tools?

Software for booking pages, calendar links, round-robin, and appointment scheduling — Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, SimplyBook, SavvyCal, TidyCal, Setmore, OnceHub, Appointlet, Doodle, plus Microsoft Bookings and Google Appointment Schedules. ListCost verifies published prices; unknowns stay Not listed.

Do seats matter more than the sticker price?

Yes for per-user tools (Calendly, Cal.com, SavvyCal, OnceHub, Doodle Team, Appointlet Premium, Setmore Pro). Flat tools (Acuity, SimplyBook, TidyCal Pro) bill one subscription until you hit plan limits. The calculator multiplies seats when seats_billing is per_user.

How does the yearly calculator work?

Pick a tool, plan, seat count, and billing cadence. Software cost = published monthly×12 or annual_mo×12 (× seats when per-user). Lifetime deals (TidyCal) use the one-time total when selected under annual billing. Not tax advice.

Why are some cells “Not listed”?

Vendors sometimes hide seat counts, monthly toggles, or enterprise floors. We refuse to invent a number — Not listed means check the live vendor page or help center.
